With an emphasis on integrating tactical emergency casualty care, this system provides certified National Institute of Justice (NIJ) 0101.06 Level IIIA soft-armor ballistic protection to fire and EMS personnel operating in active shooter and mass-casualty incidents, along with the critical medical supplies needed to address the leading causes of preventable death in the tactical environment. System easily adjusts to fit a wide range of individual sizes, rather than requiring custom vests for each wearer. Vest allows for full range of motion and a superb coverage area, which includes front and rear ballistic panels and 2 integrated plate pockets that can accommodate additional 10" x 12" or 11" x 14" hard-armor plates (each sold separately). Extra side protection comes with its Level IIIA cummerbund, which features a rapid hook-and-loop attachment to the vest for easy adjustment to each wearer. MOLLE-style pouch attachment ladder system (PALS) webbing is available on the front, back, and around the waist to allow for attaching extra gear and customizing the unit. This rapidly adjustable armor system customizes to any team member’s frame within seconds and can be stored in and deployed from all standard emergency vehicles. ID patches are also available for separate purchase and are customizable upon special request.
