Monitoring osseointegration is critical to predictable restorative protocols. Using Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA) technology, Osstell ISQ is the only objective, reliable and non-invasive way to monitor osseointegration. With the universal ISQ scale, a clinician can measure initial mechanical stability and have a baseline value so a second measure can be done before loading to know when biologic stability (osseointegration) has been achieved. If osseointegration is not proceeding as expected, the clinician has a method of early detection of potential problems to avoid premature loading. Osstell ISQ helps clinicians reduce treatment time and manage risk patients. The instrument measures lateral stability and micro-mobility using a SmartPeg that attaches to the implant and a probe that measures the ISQ value. The technique is very fast, easy and reliable. Osstell technology and products are supported by more than 500 published, scientific studies. Osstell ISQ Kit
Osstell ISQ is the third generation of RFA technology based instruments for the assessment of implant stability and osseointegration. A probe, which can be sterilized or covered with a sleeve, attaches to the instrument via a cable. The ISQ value is displayed on a screen within seconds of proximity to the SmartPeg. The instrument will store up to 400 measurements and can be connected to a computer via a USB cable for storage in the ISQ Data Manager program. A power charger is used to recharge the battery.

SmartPegs
The SmartPeg attaches to the implant when a measurement is taken. Each SmartPeg is designed for specific implant designs and systems. It is quick and easy to attach. The SmartPegs are single patient use and delivered sterile in boxes of 5. They cannot be sterilized (autoclaved) or re-used between different patients.

ISQ Data Manager
The ISQ Data Manager is a Windows based software that enables storage, viewing and printing of measurements, made with Osstell ISQ, and patient data.
Patients may be tracked and implants progress monitored after transfer of data from Osstell ISQ to a PC.
You can export data, create graphs and overview the meausures in a spreadsheet.
ISQ Probe
To use Osstell ISQ instrument as effectively as possible it is recommended to have more than one probe to make it easier to autoclave between patients.
The length including cable is 150cm.
ISQ Soft Case
The Soft Case is used to carry and protect your Osstell ISQ instrument when it is not in use. The case is light and made of leather and closes with a zipper. You can easily fit your Osstell ISQ instrument, probe, charger and a couple of SmartPeg boxes in your Soft Case. Dimensions: 26 x 22 x 7 cm (10.2 x 8.7 x 2.8 inches) Weight: 2,4 hg (0.53 lbs).
SmartPeg Mount
The autoclavable SmartPeg Mount is used to carry and connect the SmartPeg to the implant or abutment. SmartPeg mounts comes in boxes of 5.
Test Peg
The TestPeg is a SmartPeg attached to a plastic block. It can be used to practice measurements and test an Osstell instrument. Note, the device is not for calibrating, only a guide to check the instruments measure function.
US Power Supply
Power supply with an adapter for ac/dc outlet of US/JP type. The use of any other power supply might cause damage to the instrument.
USB Cable
The USB-cable is used to connect the Osstell ISQ instrument to a computer. Also the USB cable can be used to upgrade the firmware or to connect to the program Data Manager.
