This Revolutionary night guard and splint 3D printing resin is a unique patent-pending technology that combines strength needed to protect teeth with the added flexibility for better patient comfort. The formula is precise, strong (not brittle), biocompatible, color stable, and has a shelf life of 3 years. Here are some tips to get started printing KeySplint Soft™ Clear for the Carbon© Platform:

  • Transfer to paper towel lined tray.
  • Wipe entire intaglio surface of each part with IPA-dipped swab.
  • Air dry for 30 min or use compressed air.
  • If glossy areas remain, repeat swabbing and drying.
