An in-office biological (BI) system certified for use with steam, EtO gas, chemical vapor, and dry heat. After processing a normal load, the user transfers the BI strip into media and incubates at 56°C (for steam or chemical vapor) or 37°C (for EtO gas or dry heat) for 7 days. A color change of a processed BI indicates sterilizer failure.
