We foster a culture of wellness for our team members focused on supporting one another.

We collectively live this value through our Henry Schein Wellness Committee whose mission is to empower every TSM to be their best self – mentally, emotionally, and physically. The committee focuses on community, education, resources, and communication in four key pillars of wellness: physical, emotional, social, and financial – with the ultimate goal of driving a culture of overall wellness.

You can contribute to this value by making wellness a priority – taking care of yourself and your team, engaging in our wellness educations and activities, visiting your healthcare provider and taking proactive steps to keep your mind and body healthy.
